When we say turn-key we really mean that all you have to do is turn the key and walk
inside. A lot of building horror stories revolve around the things that were not included
in the price. We put everything in writing for your protection. No surprises and a quality
complete job.

Owner Completion

With Owner completion,
homeowners can become a part
of the home building experience.
These half finished homes have
the exterior of the log home
completed, shingles on the roof,
and the windows and exterior
doors installed. The interior of
the home has the logs on the
perimeter walls and the rooms are
defined by stud walls. The
second story floor as well as the
stairs are in place.

The rest of the home is the
owner's to complete, with
electrical, plumbing, heating,
utilities, and finally the balance of
the interior. In most cases,
because this home is about half
done, the cost is about half the
price of a similar completed Turn
Key Home.

Owner Completion Plus

Our Owner Completion Plus
Program allows you to "cherry
pick" interior finish items you
would like us to complete from
the Owner Completion stage on.
You may be uncomfortable doing
some of the interior finish items or
have time constraints, in either
case we are there to help you all
